The short answer
Conntal is the staffing arm of Ace8 and AceMQ, and operates alongside Duczer East. It is a separate company with its own bench and its own commercial terms. What it borrows from the three practices is technical judgement: their engineers, who run these platforms in production, screen every Conntal candidate.
Conntal is the staffing arm of Ace8 and AceMQ, and is owned and operated alongside Duczer East. It is a separate company, with its own bench and its own commercial terms.
What Conntal does not build from scratch is technical judgement. The engineers who screen its candidates work at the three practices, each in its own domain:
- Ace8 — enterprise architecture, DevSecOps, cloud-native, extreme automation, data management and incident response across eight service domains.
- AceMQ — messaging and streaming infrastructure, including RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pulsar, IBM MQ and Solace, for regulated enterprises in 26+ countries.
- Duczer East — Cloudera, WSO2, ServiceNow ITOM, knowledge graphs and agentic AI for financial services and healthcare.
The arrangement exists because clients of the practices kept asking the same question: whether one of their engineers could simply join the client's team. Conntal is the answer to that question, held to the same technical standard.
