A staffing firm that does not do its own screening
Conntal places senior engineers in the technologies most staffing firms cannot assess. We solved that by not assessing them ourselves: the engineers who screen our candidates work at Ace8, AceMQ and Duczer East, and they run these platforms in production every day.
Why Conntal exists
The parent practices kept being asked the same question.
Clients of Ace8 and AceMQ did not only want a consulting engagement. They wanted the people. After enough conversations that began “could one of your engineers just join our team”, the sensible answer was a staffing firm with the same technical standard behind it.
Conntal is that firm. It is a separate company with its own bench and its own commercial terms. What it does not have to build from scratch is technical judgement.

Engineers decide, not recruiters
No candidate reaches a client without a practitioner sign-off from the firm that owns that technology.
We publish the screen
Every role page shows the scenario we ask and what separates a senior answer from a mid one.
We say no in writing
Where the bench is thin, the page says so. Our ServiceNow practice is ITOM and we will not send approximate ITSM candidates.
