Analytics and third-party processors

None of the processors below load until you accept them in the consent prompt. Decline, and no analytics script is requested at all — not merely blocked from storing cookies. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

• Rybbit — page views and referrers.
• Google Analytics 4 — page views and traffic sources. Sets cookies.
• Amplitude — product analytics, plus session replay on a sample of sessions. Form fields are masked: what you type into the request form is not recorded.
• PostHog — product analytics. Sets cookies.
• Warmly — identifies the organisation a visitor is browsing from, by IP address.

The request form is delivered by Formspree, which receives everything you type into it — your name, company, work email, the brief and any constraints — and forwards it to us by email. Formspree is a processor for that submission only; it is not one of the analytics tools above and it does not load unless you submit the form.

When you submit the request form we record which role, engagement model and location model you selected. We do not send your name, company, email address or the brief itself to any analytics processor.

What we collect

Contact details you submit through our forms, correspondence with us, and candidate information supplied to us in the course of a placement process.

Why we collect it

To respond to staffing enquiries, to assess candidates against roles, and to perform our contractual obligations to clients and candidates.

Who we share it with

Vetting practitioners at Ace8, AceMQ and Duczer East who assess candidates on our behalf, and clients to whom a candidate is submitted with that candidate’s consent.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
